Alizah is a 2nd year Political Science major with minors in Health Policy and Management and International Affairs. This is her second year on the UGA MUN team, and competed for four years in high school. Outside of the club, Alizah loves to bake and paint.

Amiyah Elam is a 1st Year Double Majoring in Social Entrepreneurship for Consumer Well-Being and Agriculteral Communications. Although this is her first year doing Model UN, she has plenty of expereince in public speaking, including being a 3-time GHSA State Champion in Dramatic Oral Interpretation! In her freetime, you can find Amiyah cooking, singing, playing volleyball, and working on her own non-profit, "I AM"! We are so lucky to have her on our team this year!

Anu Fawehinmi is a 2nd Year majoring in Political Science, Economics, and International Affairs with a minor in German. This is his 2nd year on UGA's Model UN team, but Anu has been doing Model UN since high school. Outside of MUN, Anu likes to listen to music (he's been on a K-pop kick lately), watch really bad German romance films, and (attempt to learn how to) play instruments!

Becca Golden is a Senior Environmental Economics and Management Major at UGA, with minors in Environmental Law and Urban Planning, as well as a Sustainability Certificate. This will be her fourth and final year on the UGA MUN team, and she has loved being part of it every step of the way! In addition to doing Model UN, Becca is an intern for UGA's office of Sustainability, is Outreach Director for the Climate Collective Club, and is the #1 enthusiast of the Latin American Ethnobotanical Garden. Her favorite MUN Memory was feeding squirrels with her team in the Boston Commons during BARMUN last year.

Brandon is a junior studying international affairs and pre-pharmacy. He has been on the Model UN team for 3 years. Outside of MUN he enjoys playing board games and the Pokemon tcg.

Caden Sorrells is a 1st Year student double- majoring in Political Science and International Affairs with an intended minor in ASL. While this is his first year on the UGAMUN team, he has participated in Model UN at the high school level for the past 4 years. Outside of the club setting, you can find Caden bird watching, playing board games with friends, or looking for antiques and trinkets to add to his collection.

Celina Naheed Simone is a first year, double majoring in Political Science and Agricultural and Environmental Science Communications. She loves crochet, food media, and creative writing! You can find some of her work in the Atlanta Journal Constitution, Words Without Borders, and the Nowruz Journal.

Cooper is a third year double majoring in political science and international affairs on the pathway to get his masters in public administration. He is currently an RA at one of the main dorms on campus, and he’s been doing MUN for almost 7 years! He loves playing the guitar and mandolin as well as spending time with his friends.

Cristian Paez is a second-year from Athens, Georgia, majoring in international affairs, political science, and Russian, with a minor in public policy & management. This is his second year with the team! He enjoys being active, reading up on history, and learning new languages. Outside of MUN, he writes for the Georgia Political Review and Loch Johnson Society, and plays for the Athens Symphony Orchestra!

Dani Hackett is a 2nd Year Landscape Architecture major. Dani has been doing Model for 6 years (since middle school). Dani loves to draw and sculpt both in and outside of classes. Dani’s been learning Japanese for 8 years!

Elijah Watson is a 2nd year double-majoring in Economics and International Affairs. Although this is his first year in Model UN, it feels as though we've known him forever! Elijahs hobbies include lifting, designing tattoos, and making music (he's the teams designated DJ!). We are so excited to have Elijah and his amazing energy as part of our team this year!

Ellie Smith is a 2nd year Political Science and Economics major, with a minor in International Affairs. She's been doing Model UN for 4 years and this is her second year on the UGA Model UN team. Outside of MUN, she loves practicing yoga, spending time with her friends, and occasionally reading a good book.

Emily Schoen is a 3rd year International Affairs and Political Science double major pursuing two minors in Spanish and International Security and Human Rights. This is her third year on the UGA Model United Nations team, and she is incredibly excited to see what this season of competing brings. Outside of MUN, Emily is in the Georgia Political Review, reading fantasy and dystopian books, and watching edits of professional tennis player Carlos Alcaraz.

Erin is a 2nd year International Affairs and Journalism double major who has been on the team for 2 years now! Erin loves thrifting, music, and listening to music while thrifting!

Flora Mendoza is a sophomore studying Political Science and International Affairs with a minor in French. This is her second year on the team, and she is excited to be back. Outside of Model UN, she enjoys cooking, playing board games, and watching YouTube video essays.

Hannah Jones is a 2nd year pursuing degrees in International Affairs and Political Science. This is her first ever year in ModelUN! Outside of ModelUN, you can find Hannah giving tours to prospective UGA students, playing flag football, reading, or singing the entire pitch perfect soundtrack!

Harshaa Rajarajan is a 2nd Year Electrical Engineering Major with a Minor in Economics. Although this is his first year on the UGA Model UN Team, he has been doing Model UN since junior year of high school. Outside of MUN, you can find Harshaa watching movies, mountain biking, playing videogames, and editing videos!

Isa David is a 2nd year majoring in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology with a minor in Spanish. She has done Model UN for 2 years and went to UGAMUNC when she was in high school. Isa's fun fact is that she grew up in England! Outside of MUN, she enjoys playing Roblox, painting, and singing.

Jack Lutz is a 2nd year majoring in International Affairs and Economics. This is his first year traveling to compete on the circuit! Outside of MUN, you can find him weightlifting, working on art pieces, or likely just sleeping.

Jackson is a second-year majoring in Political Science and International Affairs and minoring in French and Disaster Management. This is his second year doing MUN, and he has loved every minute of it! In addition to MUN, Jackson writes for the Georgia Political Review and loves traveling and playing football.

Jacob Weiszer is a 4th Year from Athens, Georgia, double-majoring in Management Information Systems and International Affairs. This is his third year on the UGA Model UN Team, and is excited to compete on the circuit again this year! Jacob is also a SPIA ambassador, and a Richard B. Russell Security Leadership Fellow. Outside of MUN, you can find Jacob on the soccer field dribbling circles around defenders, planning his future world travels, and discovering new music!

Jason Eappen is a third year political science and international affairs major at the University of Georgia! When he's not doing MUN, however, you can find Jason playing pickleball, basketball, or watching movies! Fun Fact: He has a cool vinyl collection.

Jayden Nguyen is a 1st Year Political Science major. This is his first year on UGA Model UN's team, but 3rd year overall doing Model UN. Outside of Model UN, he also is a member of UGA Mock Trial and UGA's Student Government Association. In his free time, he enjoys the occasional line dance, hosting painting picnics, and searching for evidence that birds are government drones.

Josh is a 3rd year International Affairs and Spanish major, who's done MUN at UGA for all 3 years. You'll often find him combing though thrift store or secondhand markets for snazzy jackets, or cheering on the Dawgs in Sanford on a Saturday afternoon.

Justin is a 4th Year majoring in Mathematics with minors in Statistics and Ecology. This is his fourth year on the team , and he had the privilege to serve on Conference Secretariat for two of them. These days, though, you’ll either see him coding or reading about fungi.

Kenzie is a senior, Politcal Science and International Affairs student, and is extremely excited to be involved in UGA’s Model UN team! She is actively involved in UGA Miracle, Collegiate 4/H, and is an Ambassador for the School of Public and International Affairs. This is her first year on the team and she’s super excited to end out her time at UGA with her friends in Model UN!

Liliana Guilfoyle is a third-year double Marketing and Entertainment & Media Studies Major. This is her third year on the collegiate team and she can't wait to compete again this year! Outside of MUN, she is interested in the fine arts and is also a member of Tap Dawgs, Rouge Magazine, and AMA. When she isn't studying, you can find her starting yet another crochet project or going on little adventures.

Mac Roberds is a 3rd year Communications Major with a Minor in Business. This is his first time doing anything Model UN. He enjoys discussing the best TV shows, collecting vinyls, and hitting the gym.

Makayla Bangoura is a fourth-year Internstional Affairs Major with minors in Business and Law, Jurisprudence, and the State. This is her third year on the Model UN Team. In her free time she likes to read, hangout with her friends, and watch her comfort early 2000s romcoms.

Mateo is a third year Political Science and International Affairs major, with a minor in political science. This is his second year doing Model UN and he's been loving the team! Outside of Model UN, Mateo loves to watch and play soccer, workout, and cook. His favorite meal to make is chicken fettuccine alfredo with broccoli (because it's super easy and quick to make). He is so excited for the next year of MUN fun!

Mehar Nemani (she/her) is a third year Economics and Political Science double major with a minor in Law, Jurisprudence and State on the pre-law track. Outside of MUN, she is involved in University Judiciary, ServeUGA, KaPi, Amara, and VT Seva. In her free time you can find her dancing bhangra or classical Indian dance, eating, napping, calling out sexist people, watching Bollywood, listening to music anywhere from ariana grande to travis scott, and spending time with friends and family. She has done model un since high school and is always ready for a nice discussion on social and economic policy!

Michelle McLeod is a 2nd Year majoring in International Business and Marketing with a minor in Communications! She has been involved in Model UN for 5 years and is now in her second year competing on the UGA Travel Team. Outside of MUN, Michelle enjoys cooking and cake decorating, and she is also a proud owner of four lightsabers.

Milan is a third year at UGA majoring in political science and international affairs. He is from Woodstock, GA and loves to play tennis, the piano, race cars semi-professionally, and spend time with friends and family! He also co-founded Kappa Alpha Pi, a pre-law society, a couple years ago with the goal of spreading pre-law activities at UGA!

Miranda Johnson is a second year student studying political science with a minor in history. This is her first year on the team and she could not be more excited! Outside of the club she enjoys cheering on the dawgs and visiting national parks.

Nathan is a 4th year International Relations major from Klamath Falls, Oregon. He has been on the MUN team as a travel team member for three years. When not staffing or competing, you can find him in Athens’s best movie theater, Cinè, or cooking a batch of chili for NFL Sundays!

Nikhil Patel is a 2nd year double majoring in Computer Science and Finance planning on going to Law School. He has been doing MUN for two years. Outside of MUN, he enjoys swimming and watching soccer!

Nishtha Mayani is a 2nd year majoring in Criminal Justice and Political Science on the Pre-law track. She is returning to the team for her 2nd year. Nishtha has played competitive volleyball for 8 years and loves a good walk and gym sessions. You can find her eating Mexican food, listening to good music, and watching too much New Girl.

Olivia is a second-year International Affairs Major with a Spanish Minor and is currently in the Music Business Certificate Program. This is her second year on the UGAMUN collegiate team. Outside of Model UN, she is a Cultural and Social Programming Chair in the Black Affairs Council and a member of the Prelude Dance Club. In her free time, her hobbies include playing guitar, music production, going to concerts, and eating food of course!

Prarti Satya is a 2nd Year Political Science and International Affairs major. She has been a member of the UGA Model UN team for two years. Outside of Model UN, she also is a member of UGA Mock Trial. In her free time, she enjoys reading, writing, and listening to her favorite artists (Taylor Swift, David Bowie, and Queen).

Sakshi is a second year majoring in Political Science and minoring in Dance as well as Public Policy and Management! This is her second year on the UGA team and her seventh year participating in Model UN. Outside of MUN, you can find her dancing, listening to music, or playing the New York Times Connections!

Suchita Vanguri is a 2nd year Applied Biotechnology major on the pre-med track. This is her 6th year of doing Model UN, but she’s also involved in UGA AMSA and Thomas Lay Afterschool Program. Outside of her clubs, you can find her reading or crocheting!

Suhani Dey is a 3rd year double majoring in International Affairs and Political Science with a minor in Law, Jurisprudence, and the State. She is a member of the 10th cohort of the Applied Politics program. On campus she also serves as a SPIA ambassador. This is her second year on the team. In her free time, Suhani likes to cook, hang out with friends, and watch Formula 1.

Tanish is a first-year studying Management Information Systems. He did MUN throughout high school, and he's excited to join the UGA MUN Team. Outside of committee, you can find him trying to study at MLC or browsing the desserts at Bolton. Tanish is passionate about hiking, reading, taking naps, and trying new restaurants.

Vaanya Saraswat is a second-year Management, International Affairs, and International Business Major. This is her second year doing MUN at UGA and she's so stoked to be a part of the team! Some fun facts about her are that she's fluent in three languages (English, Hindi, and French) and has spent much of her life living abroad. Outside the club, you can find her on the tennis courts, watching and ranting about F1 and tennis, scrolling Pinterest, baking, chronically updating her Letterboxd with the latest film she watched, or making yet another Spotify playlist.

William Talley is a 4th year Mechanical Engineering student, and this is their 3rd yeat in MUN. In their spare time, they enjoy studying history, playing video games, and movies

Yachana Shah is a 2nd Year International Student majoring in Management Information Systems with a minor in Environmental Economics. Although this is her second year on the UGA Team, she has been munning casually since 8th grade! Outside of MUN, Yachana enjoys yoga, painting, and high-altitude trekking. When none of those things are on the agenda, you can find her binge watching TV Shows!
