In order to receive country assignments for your school, you MUST pay at least half of your total invoice cost, and we MUST have received the payment via mail or online. The remaining balance will need to be paid prior to the start of UGAMUNC on to January 22nd in order to secure your delegates' spots.
We will also remind sponsors that it is impossible for us to check our mail between December 12 and January 9, as UGA is closed during those times. We strongly recommend sending the check as soon as possible or utilizing our online payment, but if you cannot get a check in the mail by December 6 to be received by the 12th, we WILL NOT be able to give you country assignments over the break.

Scholarships
UGAMUNC is proud to be able to offer scholarships to need-based high schools. In order to be eligible for scholarships, sponsors must complete the UGAMUNC 32 Scholarship Form AND apply in the Early Registration window BEFORE December 1st. Scholarships will come in the form of a discount reflected on the the invoice.
